Dear Investors, We are BACK!!!!!!!! Thanks to a very good friend, Dan Auito over at www.MagicBullets.com , the absolute BEST Real Estate Investing community online, we now have a new forum up and running. The forum is brand spanking new, and will take me a few days to get settings all complete, etc. However, it functions, so feel free to use it. I will be responding.
