UPDATE...........Student Closes Deal and makes BIG CASH!!

I would like to personally thank Jim for all of his guidance and support. I am living proof that Jim's methods DO work! And here's why:

We purchased a house Subject 2 back in 2002. Our 1st Tenant/Buyers moved in and stayed for a year. The wife got injured and they could no longer afford the rent. Last year, our 2nd Tenant/Buyers moved in. They got their financing and we closed today. YEAH !!

Here's how the numbers worked:

$6,000: 1st T/B's (non-refundalbe option money)
$1,200: 1st T/B's (12 month cash flow)
$6,000: 2nd T/B's (non-refundable option money)
$1,500: 2nd T/B's (12 month cash flow)
$24,000: Back-end proft

Dear readers,

I first want to thank everyone for their continued support of our combined effort here at REmentors.com to provide an open forum for discussing and learning about creative real estate investing, from a real life perspective.

Carrying on with that same modus operandi, I tried to write my materials to reflect who I am, and how my system works for me.
