UPDATE...........Student Closes Deal and makes BIG CASH!!I would like to personally thank Jim for all of his guidance and support. I am living proof that Jim's methods DO work! And here's why: We purchased a house Subject 2 back in 2002. Our 1st Tenant/Buyers moved in and stayed for a year. The wife got injured and they could no longer afford the rent. Last year, our 2nd Tenant/Buyers moved in. They got their financing and we closed today. YEAH !! Here's how the numbers worked: $6,000: 1st T/B's (non-refundalbe option money) $38,700 TOTAL PROFIT !!
